Allaway v Reilly & Lothian & Borders Fire Board - EAT rules that there is an arguable case of sex discrimination against an individual as well as an employer [2007] EAT

Mr Reilly brought a sex discrimination claim against both the Fire Board and his manager, Mr Allaway. He alleged that Mr Allaway had treated him in a way he would not treat a woman. The tribunal refused to remove Mr Allaway as an individual respondent. He appealed.
