Allied Healthcare Group Ltd v George EAT - Tribunal has no jurisdiction to make findings on matters not before it [2008] EAT

Allied employs and provides agency nurses. It suspended Ms George from its register after receiving a number of complaints about her.

An employment tribunal dismissed Ms George’s subsequent claims of race discrimination and victimisation except one. It held that the failure to reinstate her to Allied's register of nurses was an act of racial victimisation. Allied appealed - and won.
