Anderson v Hilton International UK Ltd, EAT - stay of proceedings and striking out

Mr Anderson had brought a claim against Hilton International in relation to discrimination in failing to employ him.  An employment judge stuck out the claim on the basis that Mr Anderson conducted the proceedings scandalously or vexatiously and ordered Mr Anderson to pay £1,294 in costs to Hilton.
