Andorful v London Borough Of Hammersmith & Fulham - strike out of "totally preposterous" claim

In a case where the evidence at a Pre-Hearing Review is such as to demonstrate that a claimant has no prospect of establishing their case, it can properly be struck out without further fact-finding at a full hearing.

Mrs Andorful claimed race discrimination against her employer, LB Hammersmith & Fulham, basing her claim on alleged dishonest intent on the part of a human resources relationship manager.
