Annual Return, Register of Members and Information to Members
- Trade unions must supply copies of their annual returns to the Certification Officer and, on request, to anyone else, with power to charge a reasonable fee (TULRCA 1992, s.32).
- Trade unions must compile and maintain a register of members' names and addresses, and (so far as is reasonably practicable) secure that the entries are accurate and kept up to date (TULRCA 1992, s.24).
- An annual statement must be sent to all members within eight weeks of the annual return being sent to the Certification Officer (TULRCA 1992, s.32A(1)).
