Ansar v Lloyds TSB Bank Plc - Procedure if bias alleged [2006] EAT
In this, the second of 2 appeals, Mr Justice Burton (returning for this case to the EAT) has dismissed an attempt by Mr Ansar to get a tribunal chairman's decision overruled on the basis that the chairman should have recused himself because of outstanding complaints against him of apparent bias and alleged misconduct.
