Arhin v Enfield Primary Care Trust - no logic to tribunal's conclusion that job selection process was "mistaken" rather than discriminatory

A tribunal could not logically have concluded that an employer "made a mistake", rather than a selection on grounds of race, when filling a post by "slotting in" : it had made no findings of fact on the nature of the new post and how it compared to the posts of the two employees from whom the selection was made.
