Arnold Clark Automobiles Ltd v Stewart (1) and Barnetts Motor Group Ltd (2) - "Without prejudice" letter and grievance procedures [2005] EAT

Even a "without prejudice" solicitor's letter sent by an employee's solicitor to an employer can count as a "step 1 grievance" letter without which an employment tribunal would not have jurisdiction to hear a constructive dismissal claim.
