ET's reasons must be Meek compliant

Mr Hutchings worked for Aspire as a technician. He was dismissed and brought claims for unfair dismissal, direct disability discrimination, failure to make reasonable adjustments and discrimination arising from disability. Aspire conceded that Mr Hutchings was disabled, however it argued that it did not know and could not have known (since Mr Hutchings transferred to them following a change in ownership) that he was disabled at the relevant time.
