Assamoi v Spirit Pub Company - non-fundamental breach, remedied by grievance, prevented subsequent constructive dismissal claim

An employer's fundamental breach, once committed, cannot be undone. However, conduct just short of repudiatory breach can be remedied by internal grievance process, whereby there is no basis for subsequent resignation amounting to constructive dismissal.
