Aston University v (1) Mrs M Campbell (2) Mrs J Winder - Is "job evolution" a new contract? [2007] EAT

Mrs Campbell and Mrs Winder both brought claims for equal access to Aston's pension schemes, relating to long periods when they worked part-time. The question was whether they were brought in time. This depended upon whether there had been continous contracts of employment throughout and since the periods in question.
