A to B Travel Ltd. v Kennedy - Suspension, dismissal and statutory procedures [2006] EAT

An employee was suspended without pay and was later dismissed for misconduct. An Employment Tribunal found the dismissal was automatically unfair on the basis that the employer had failed properly to follow the statutory procedures in force from 1st October 2004 (ERA 1996 s.98A).
