B v. A & anor - Continuing acts of sex harassment [2008] EAT
A female teaching assistant at a special school alleged that the assistant head teacher had sexually abused her over a period of some 6 years. An employment tribunal found that the claims had been made out. The assistant head teacher appealed (the school's governing body had been found vicariously liable for his wrong doing but was content not to appeal, on the basis that its position would depend on the outcome of the assistant head's appeal).
