Barke v Seetec Business Technology Centre Ltd - Correct approach to "last straw" reason for dismissal [2006] EAT

An employee claimed that her employer's conduct over a period of time amounted to a fundamental breach of the implied term of trust and confidence. She resigned and claimed constructive unfair dismissal. Individually the matters of which she complained (including the "final straw") were not breaches of contract and so a tribunal rejected her claim.
