Barratt v. Accrington & Rossendale College - Sickness and claim of unfair constructive dismissal [2007] EAT

Mr Barratt, a lecturer at the College, suffered a post-traumatic stress disorder following a serious assault by a colleague. He resigned, claiming that the College's decision not to dismiss the colleague amounted to a fundamental breach of his contract of employment and a failure to make appropriate adjustments for the purposes of the Disability Discrimination Act.
