Beaven v Lichfield Personnel and Recuritment Ltd (t/a Concorde Personnel) - Unpaid commission claim [2007] EAT
Ms Beaven resigned, making complaints of intimidation and bullying. The Reading tribunal found against her claims (1) of constructive unfair dismissal and (2) that the employer had failed to pay her a) notice pay entitlement, b) holiday pay which was due and c) some outstanding commission which was due to her, having accrued during her period of employment.
