Beck v Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, EAT - disclosure of documents
Mr Beck was Head of Marketing for Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce's Debt Capital Markets and Equity and commodity Structured Products divisions. He joined the company in January 2007 and was dimissed by reason of redundancy on 8th May 2008. He has brought claims for unfair dismissal, race discrimination and a protective award in connection plus a breach of contract claim in connection with the payment of a guaranteed bonus. These claims were due to come before an employment tribunal shortly after the present EAT hearing.
