Birmingham City Council & Tatlow v Samuels - Race discrimination, victimisation and the burden of proof [2007] EAT
Mr Samuels was a legal executive with Birmingham CC. He was dismissed, and brought a number of claims including race discrimination and victimisation. This succeeded. In their appeal Birmingham CC argued that the tribunal applied the wrong burden of proof.
