BMB Recruitment v Hunter - Striking-out/dismissal [2006] EAT
Mrs Hunter won an unfair dismissal claim against BMB and was awarded about £15,500.
BMB appealed against quantum as no credit was given for casual earnings and no reduction was made to take account of Mrs Hunter's delay in getting new work caused by her going on a beauty therapy training course.
EAT dismisses the appeal and awarded costs as the appeal had no merit.
