Bond v Urmet Gomus Communication & Security UK Ltd - information about redundancy selection criteria and unfair dismissal

In a case based on the statutory dismissal procedures in force from 2004 to 2009, the EAT has reasserted that a dismissal by reason of redundancy will generally be unfair dismissal if the employer has failed to inform the employee how the redundancy selection criteria has been applied to them personally.
