Booley v British Army MOD - time not extended for legally hopeless claim of unfair dismissal

Members of the armed forces can bring employment tribunal claims for certain heads of discrimination, but statute (Employment Rights Act 1996 sec 192 as defined by Schedule 2 para 16) prevents the tribunal having jurisdiction to entertain a complaint of unfair dismissal.
