Booth v Scottish Daily Record & Sunday Mail (1986) Ltd - Tribunal must provide adequate reasons for its conclusions [2008] EAT
Mr Booth's terms & conditions of employment indicated that his employment commenced on 1 October 2001. He contended that this should in fact be 1990 - the date from which he had worked on some "casual basis". An employment tribunal concluded that his terms and conditions were such that the date in 2001 was correct. Mr Booth appealed.
