Bourne v ECT Bus CIC - disability: eight hours spent driving a bus is not a "normal day-to-day activity"

Driving a bus for an eight hour shift did not constitute a "normal day-to-day activity" when assessing whether a bus driver's back injury amounted to a disability within the meaning of Disability Discrimination Act 1995.
