Brocklebank v Silveira - Sex Discrimination by employment agency [2006] EAT

Sex Discrimination by an employment agency contrary to Sex Discrimination Act 1975 s.15(1)(b). Non-provision of "services" under that section includes failure to carry out a risk assessment properly required by the end-user employer client of the agency in relation to a prospective worker who was pregnant.
