CAB Automotive Ltd v Blake, Singh & ors - TUPE: When is a dismissal automatically unfair? [2008] EAT

This case confirms a dismissal can be automatically unfair under the TUPE regulations (now TUPE 2006 reg 7) and can be for a transfer related reason even though it took place some time before the actual date of the transfer, and even before a particular transferee had been identified.
