Camden Primary Care Trust v Atchoe - Deductions from pay [2006] EAT

The EAT has allowed this appeal by Camden Primary Care Trust, overruling the London Central employment tribunal's finding that the Trust made unauthorised deductions from Mr Atchoe's pay.

Mr Atchoe was one of 6 technnicians responsible for an emergency on-call system. He had been taken off an "on-call" rota for safety reasons, the result being that he did not receive on-call allowances he would otherwise have been paid.
