Canary Wharf Management Ltd v Edebi - Non-grievance letter [2006] EAT

The EAT is now marking out the limits of what can constitute a "step 1 grievance" letter. After a series of decisions moving towards a position of "anything goes", the EAT has rejected an appeal by an employee who argued that a letter he had sent to his employer should count as a "step 1 grievance" letter enabling him to bring a Disability Discrimination claim.
