  • The main source of regulation of Substances Hazardous to Health (‘carcinogens’) is the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002 (SI 2002/2677) (“COSHH Regs”) which were amended by the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (Amendment) Regulations 2003 SI 2003/978 which came into effect on 29th April 2003
