Cattlin (t/a Success First) v. Croxford & Anor. [2006] EAT

Ms Croxford was found to have been unfairly dismissed and discriminated against on grounds of her gender by the orginal tribunal. Her employer was refused applications for review of the judgment, at which he was not present.
