  • the "reversal of the burden of proof" rules set out inRace Relations Act 1976 s.54A cover race discrimination complaints brought on grounds of colour or nationality as well as on the grounds of race, ethnic or national origin. The EAT declined to follow its earlier ruling to the contrary in Okonu v G4S Security Services on 11th February 2008;
