Chambers-Mills v Allied Bakeries - only one of two "cardinal conditions" need be met before strike out can be considered -

At a Case Management Discussion, following proper notice of the application being made, an employment tribunal struck out Mrs Chambers-Mills' disability discrimination claim on the grounds that her conduct in the proceedings had been unreasonable and she had not complied with orders from the tribunal. Mrs Chambers-Mills appealed.
