Chatwal v Wandsworth Borough Council - affected group, not just individual, required for indirect discrimination to be established

To demonstrate indirect discrimination a claimant must be able to identify a group of persons who suffer disparate impact from the imposition of the "provision criterion or practice"; showing such an impact solely on one individual (ie the claimant) is not sufficient.
