Chief Constable Of Essex Police v Kovacevic - an application to amend ET claim should be in writing

An application to amend an Employment Tribunal claim should be in writing; no Employment Judge should entertain such an application without seeing the full terms of the proposed amendment.

Two incidents led to disciplinary proceedings with the first being found by Essex Police to be so serious as to require Mr Kovacevic’s dismissal from his post for gross incompetence.
