Clayton v City of Bath College & anor - Time limits in equal pay cases [2006] EAT
An employment tribunal struck out Ms Clayton's claim that she had been unlawfully excluded from her employer's pension scheme because she was a part time employee. If proved, this would be unlawful sex discrimination contrary to the Equal Pay legislation as many more women than men were part time employees. Her claim was submitted in 1995
