Coles & Commissioner of Metropolitan Police v Barracks - Race discrimination disclosures [2005] EAT

At a preliminary hearing in a race discrimination claim an employment tribunal ordered the Police to disclose reasons for refusing to move a black police constable to work as a field intelligence officer within the Operation Trident Shootings Desk.

The EAT overturned this ruling.
