Community Dental Centres Ltd v Sultan-Darmon - unfettered right of substitution prevents party to contract being a "worker"

An individual cannot be classified as a 'worker' under s.230(3) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 ("ERA 1996") if the contract between that individual and another party includes a genuine and completely unfettered right of substitution.
