Consultation with Employees
- The law has for some time required employers to consult on Health and Safety matters with any duly elected safety representatives of employees .
- There are two separate methods by which employers can consult with employees. This can be either with TU appointed representatives, or with employees directly (or via elected representatives).
- There is no "small employer" exemption.
