Contract Security Services v Adebayo - no perversity where cross examination not allowed
ET's failure to allow cross examination did not lead to perversity of decision.
The employer, Contract Security Services (CSS) brought two conjoined appeals against the judgment and reasons of an ET. The ET found complaints of (a) unfair dismissal and (b) race discrimination well founded. This appeal was only against the finding of race discrimination. The second judgment relates to the remedies hearing.
