Part-time female employees unlawfully excluded from participation in a voluntary membership pension scheme can obtain relief only to the extent they suffered loss as a result of the unlawful exclusion.  Therefore (i) those who would not have joined the scheme anyway are not entitled to relief; (ii) a declaration in favour of those who would have joined will cover only the "closed" period for which they were not permitted to join, not the subsequent "open" period.
