Corus UK Ltd v Anderson and ors - collective agreements - EAT 18.5.07

This case concerned a collective agreement under Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 s.178. However, the case was decided on general contract law principles. Therefore, there had been no "acceptance" by the unions and Corus were entitled to withdraw their offer.
