Corus UK Ltd v Young - EAT Practice and Procedure (wasted costs) [2005] EAT

EAT finds that wasted second day costs resulted from failure of a Tribunal member to declare an interest at the commencement of proceedings and that the loser in the case should not be ordered to pay those costs.
