Countrywide Estate Agents & Others v Rice - "Malcolm" test does apply to employment cases and limits disability comparators

When Estate Agent Mr Rice, who suffered a heart condition (making him a disabled person within the Disability Discrimination Act 1995), was made redundant, he claimed unfair dismissal and disability discrimination. An employment tribunal found in his favour and Countrywide appealed.
