Cranswick Country Foods Plc v Beall & Ors [2006] EAT

Employees who were faced with redundancy obtained protective awards because of lack of consultation on the part of the employer. They continued to work and to receive salary during the protected period. The Employer argued that that their earnings during this period should diminish the amount payable as protective award. The Newcastle employment tribunal disagreed with the employer.
