Croke v Leeds City Council - Employment judge was fully entitled to strike out claim at Pre-Hearing Review without hearing evidence [2008] EAT

Mr Croke alleged race, sex and disabilty discrimination and victimisation. An employment judge struck out the claim as having "no reasonable prospects of success". Mr Croke appealed, arguing that the employment tribunal should not have struck out his claims at a Pre-Hearing Review (PHR) without hearing evidence.
