Croydon Health Services NHS Trust v Brown - ET finding of unfair dismissal was not perverse
Perversity threshhold is a high one
This is an appeal against the finding of unfair dismissal with award of compensation totalling £43,300.
Croydon Health Services challenged the ET finding on the ground that the ET had substituted its own view and that the conclusion was legally perverse. The EAT reminded itself that the threshhold test for perversity is a high one as set out in Yeboah v Crofton [2002] IRLR 634.
