Da'Bell v NSPCC - increase in levels of compensation for injury to feelings

The EAT (HHJ McMullen) has ruled that the guideline compensation bands set out in Chief Constable of West Yorkshire v Vento [2003] ICR 318 CA, for three broad categories of injury to feelings, should be increased as a result of inflation.
