Daniels v E Ivor Hughes Educational Foundation - Failure of employment tribunal to give adequate reasons for decision [2007] EAT

Without giving details of the case in question, HHJ Birtles in the EAT (with the full consent of the parties) remitted this matter to be completely reheard by a fresh employment tribunal. The original tribunal had failed to find (a) what was the principle reason for Mr Daniels's dismissal and (b) whether it was a fair dismissal.
