Dartford Borough Council v Richardson - comparators in disability discrimination cases before and after the House of Lords 2008 decision [2009] EAT

A tribunal made the "elementary error" of thinking that the 25th June 2008 House of Lords decision in London Borough of Lewisham v Malcolm re proper interpretation of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 applies only to facts and judgments occurring after 25th June 2008.
