Detriment Related to Union Membership or Activities
- A worker has a right not to be subjected to any detriment by the employer on grounds related to trade union membership, trade union activities, or trade union services (TULRCA 1992 s.146).
- The above protection is separate to the right not to be subjected to a detriment in relation to a prohibited blacklist or in relation to certain activities relating to trade union recognition .
