Dunn v The Institute of Cemetery and Crematorium Management - discrimination on the ground of being married to a specific person is unlawful

The legal prohibition against discrimination on the grounds of marital status does not just cover that status "in the abstract" (ie simply whether one is married or unmarried). It also precludes discrimination on the grounds that a claimant is married to a particular person.
